Hotel policies

These rules establish the policies at the hotel, terms of using the hotel property, the amount of services provided, the responsibility of the parties;
Reception and accommodation of citizens at the Markstadt Hotel is based on the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 18.11.2020 #1853 “Concerning approval of the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation”
Check in time is 2 pm (local time);
Check out time is 12 am (local time);
Hotel charges 50% from the cost 1 night in case of an early check-in;
Рayment is charged for 1 night in the case of staying less than 1 night regardless the estimated check-out time.;
